In an effort to help curb the spread of COVID-19 we ask the following:

-Only patients scheduled for an appointment, or those individuals accompanying a minor or dependent patient are allowed in the reception and exam room at this time.

-If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms (fever, chills, body aches or trouble breathing), please delay your appointment for 30 days unless it is an emergency. If that is the case make a staff member aware immediately so we may take additional necessary precautions.

-Please reschedule your appointment if it has been less than 30 days since you have returned from overseas travel or other high risk areas in the U.S.

Our doctors and staff will be doing all in our power to maintain a clean and safe working environment in order to effectively provide your eye care needs.
