As we mentioned last week, our optometric colleagues across the country met in St. Louis this past weekend for the American Optometric Association’s Optometry’s Meeting. At the Recognition Event of the AOA’s Contact Lens and Cornea Section, Dr. Carmen Castellano was announced as 2019 Luminary Award recipient.  This award is given to an optometrist who has exemplified a career as a leader in the field of contact lenses and dedicated their career to advancing the field of optometry for patients and practitioners.  This award compliments Dr. Carmen’s long list of achievements in the field of optometry.   Please help us in congratulating Dr. Carmen on his most recent achievement!
