Please join our team at Koetting Eye Center in congratulating the Italian Open for this year's successful tournament which raised over $200,000.00 for St. Louis Children's Charities! The Italian Open Golf Tournament is a 45 year tradition which began in 1973 and has since donated over $4 MILLION to various charities benefiting St. Louis Children in need. The President of the Italian Open since 2012 is none other than our very own Dr. Carmen Castellano and we proudly salute him along with all of the board members, sponsors and participants who work so hard and contirbute so generously. The Italian Open is a two-day event consisting of a dinner auction and golf tournament which honors one or two deserving citizens each year for their impact on the lives and well-being of children in the St. Louis Community. This year's honorees are Dan Harbaugh, President of the Ronald McDonald House, and Frank Viverito, President of the St. Louis Sports Commission.
Well done, gentlemen! You are all truly St. Louis heroes!
