In these uncertain times of COVID-19, our priority at Koetting Eye Center remains to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff. As we continue to monitor the news, we want to provide an update on our plans and actions at our facilities. First of all, we are planning to be operational as usual at both our locations. We can also assure you, that we have instituted additional cleaning protocols. In addition to the usual vigorous handwashing and cleaning of diagnostic equipment, you will now see our staff regularly wiping down all frequently touched surfaces and common areas. Additionally, all eyeglass frames tried on by patients will be disinfected prior to being placed back on display.

Our staff has been instructed to stay home if they experience any symptoms and we ask our patients, as well, to please call to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill, unless it is a true eye health emergency. With cooperation we will all get through this together and we look forward to continuing to serve your eye care needs.
